ESP for Pyrolysis

For pyrolysis gas NILATEK have developed a simplified ESP filter to handle aerosols in the produced gas.

These can be installed to get rid of the remaining tar and aerosols that can be harmfull for either the next steps of the process or before a gas generator.

The construction is 304L stainless stell and is made to with PN10 design pressure.

It incorporates numerous technologies to keep cost low and easy to access maintenance.

Design flow is about 250Nm3/h and can be parallel coupled with more units to increase capacity.

It includes a high quality High Voltage power supply that can be adjusted from 0-50kV.
