Compact size, our footprint will usually allow the customer to place the filter in existing buildings.
Low pressure drop, no need to invest in extra extraction capacity.
Removal of the cyclone, if the fly-ash is of a certain composition it is possible to remove the cyclone.
Factory tested, our filters can be shipped using conventional shipping methods and are fully tested on arrival.
Low maintenance, very limited wear parts which are easy to access.
Proven technology, Electrostatic filters are a proven technology for dust removal.
At NILATEK we have a long experience developing and manufacturing Electrostatic filters for Biomass boilers.
We have focus on compact filters that can fit into our customers existing buildings and above all they should be easy to service.
To develop our compact filters we have used CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics) to make sure a uniform flow distribution to allow for full collector area coverage.
We use a “Cross-flow” arrangement in our filters which facilitates optimal particle collection.
For our High Voltage control we use what we call “Zones” that allows each High Voltage supply to operate independently. This allows for optimal efficiency and usage of the High Voltage independent of dust loading.
Lastly, we mechanically clean the collector plates to always have a high efficiency.
We have standard sizes but also custom sizes if one of our standard models do not fit.
Filter, completed to customer inlet/outlet dimensions.
Control table for all sensors, gears, high voltage supply and chock blasters.
Insulated with industrial fireproof resistant panels.
Large access doors for easy maintenance.
We supply Cyclones as an addon to our ESP filters to make a even more compact solution for our customers.
The cyclones are dimensioned and validated using vigorous CFD modelling.
